This evening I went to Walmart for a few things that i HAD to get (I am the newest coupon-er of the Friendly Frugal Trio so I don't have my stock pile built up completely, but I am working on it), but I also found some GREAT deals there too!

I got 2 bottles of Swiffer Dust and Shine, 2 14oz bottles of Hunts Ketchup, and 2 of these frozen Bertolli meals

The Swiffer Dust and Shine is originally $3.72 each or $7.44 for both

I used a $0.50 off coupon from the 9/27/09 PG insert

I also used a BOGO coupon fromt he 9/27/09 PG insert

So I got both items for $3.22

The Hunts Ketchup 14oz bottle is originally $0.98 each

I use a buy 2 save $1 coupon from September All You Magazine

So I got both items for just $0.96

Then Bertolli Frozen Meals were on roll back from $6.50 at Walmart for $1.78 each

I used 2 $1 off coupons from the 10/4/09 RP insert

making them only $0.78 each

both items for only $1.56

So the retail before sales and coupons was $22.52

I spent a total of $6.15 including $0.41 in sales tax

So then I went to Hy Vee and got these Glade Fabric and Air Freshners and 2 boxes of Snuggle Dryer Sheets 80ct.

Glade Fabric and Air

original price $3.78 each  or $7.56 together

had a coupon attached for $2 off 1 bottle

had a coupon from Aug All You Magazine for BOGO

final out of pocket cost for both: $1.78

Snuggle Dryer Sheets

original price $3.67 each or $7.34 together

had 2 coupons for $3 off each from 10/4 RP

final out of pocket cost for both $1.34

So overall retail price for all for items was $14.90

I paid only $3.78 including $0.66 in sales tax

OVERALL SAVINGS FOR TODAYS FEW ITEMS WAS $27.50!!!!!!!
